How Does teegest.com Work?
Teegest claims to sell top quality products at very affordable rates on their online store, but should you trust them? In the course of our research, we noticed that the affordability of their products serves as bait to attract unsuspecting buyers. This is common among scam online stores.
Teegest.com uses a very neat and well-designed website layout, giving it a convincing feel. But this should not deceive you into believing Teegest.com is legit because most of these scam online stores go the extra mile to appear trustworthy.

What We Found About teegest.com!
Following the coronavirus outbreak, people have, due to the lockdown in cities, resorted to online stores for most things they need to buy. Fraudsters have taken to this opportunity to open up fraudulent websites where they steal money from unsuspecting buyers. We have taken the responsibility to carry out reviews on sites like Teegest and expose their fraudulent schemes.
From reports found on the internet, no positive reviews have been made on teegest.com. Usually, authentic positive reviews are a sign that an online store is reliable. Teegest.com, after passing through a series of tests, shows it is less than six months old and, therefore, should not be trusted.
Their website uses https security – this means that information like passwords and credit card numbers, when sent to their site, is kept private. But this is not an assurance that the people behind the platform won’t tamper with your details.
The other things which we found out about Teegest which made us believe teegest.com is a fake online store are:
Reachability
- They have no social media presence. Trustworthy stores use social media as a means to advertise their wares and also connect to their customers. They even listen to and resolve customers’ complaints through their social media handles.
- The contact information provided on their website is not reliable: they have no phone number and no return address.
- Due to the anonymity of the owners of the store, there is zero accountability, and no one to charge should you be scammed. The absence of a real face to account for the operations of the store is a big red flag.
Reviews
- The products sampled on teegest.com are without customer reviews which is a bad sign. Reliable online stores like Amazon usually carry customer reviews, both positive and negative, on the products sampled on their store.
- When we scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), it returned a very bad trust score of 1%. This means that their site can’t be trusted because no identifying information of the owner is tied to the domain name. And since their creation date is very recent, there is no past timeline through which we can measure their authenticity.
Content
- The contents used on their webpages were copied from other sources, as we have, times without number, encountered the use of same contents in other fraudulent online stores.
Tracker
- There is no reliable tracking system available on their website to monitor the progress of the ordered products.
This is what a user wrote:
“Scam. I ordered a sweatshirt advertised as 90% cotton. It was not. It was a t-shirt, not a sweatshirt. It was ugly and not at all worth $26.”

Verdict!
Teegest.com, like Amkerosene, is an untrustworthy online store, and, therefore, not recommended for use. If you shop from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return. Protect yourself from swindlers.
There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates.
It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.
Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.
Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.
It is unfair to fall victim to these fraudsters and lose the money you earned from honest work. Fact-checking should be a priority before you buy anything from an online vendor.
If you’ve shopped from this store, or attempted to do so, kindly share your experience with us in the comment section.
I ordered 4 items from here, 3 of the 4 were not correct, when I contacted them they offered me $8 credit and keep the items because “shipping is too expensive ” i strongly recommend not to shop from this store….customer service is terrible and there is a good chance your going to get the wrong item, and no solution, just items you don’t like and are stuck with. I wish I would have researched this company b4 I ordered
The same thing happened to me Caimi. I called my bank and they are going to dispute the charges if they do not correct the issue.
I too ordered from teegest back in early Sept. expecting to get Christmas gifts, but so far nothing. I am out the $82 and no gifts to give. All attempts to contact them comes back as undeliverable. Hope nobody else falls victim to them.
Jan, I spent $136 and only received one correct item! They are just horrible.
I have not rec’d any of the three items I spent $67 for from Teegest. Got the ad from FB. I can’t find anyway to complain to FB.
Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! It took over a month, it was not delivered when it should have arrived, and the order was horribly wrong. I ordered from their Hallmark Christmas Movie collection. The quality is not good, one of the blankets the lettering is already peeling. I ordered a total of 3 blankets but only 2 were sent and it was the wrong two! I also ordered an apron that was not in the order either. This was to be a very special gift for my sister who loves Hallmark movies.
ME TOO! I ordered with the misconception that I was ordering from Hallmark. Have not rec’d any of the items for my daughter-in-law’s birthday.
I ordered items, and after a month, never received email that they were shipped. I contacted them, and got an email saying the items were so popular, they were waiting for the factory to make them. Found that suspicious, so contacted them again to cancel and send a refund 3 times. Never heard back. I used PayPal and started a dispute, which I won, and money was refunded. I also reported to the Federal Trade Commission. Lesson learned. Also found all items on Amazon for less money.
I ordered a sweatshirt from this company. They sent me a completely different shirt from the one I ordered. It took over a month to get here. I have asked for a refund and no response from the company.
Looks like I was also scammed. They created a shipping label but never took the package to the post office to actually send.
Man after reading all of these horrible reviews, I feel sick that I got sucked in too. I am out $32. I was offered an $8 refund, then I was offered an 80% refund. Another rep offered me a $5 refund and said I should keep the product. I feel sorry for people who make a living out of swindling others. I can live without the $32 hard earned money I spent to buy my mom a Christmas gift. I can only imagine how these workers are living if they have to go through such extremes. Where is all the money going? Probably only to a handful of top hustlers and not even the regular workers. If only the talent for marketing and sales could be put to good quality use, maybe things could be even better for this company. Sad part is that so many more consumers are going to fall into the trap.
This company is a scammer. I too am one of the ones scammed. I placed an order in November. Got a confirmation right away and noticed that it would not be here before January.
I immediately cancelled the order. All according to their Cancellation Policy. I have to say it was within minutes. Last week they said the items were ready to ship. I again sent them an email stating that the order had been cancelled. This fell on deaf ears. I knew it is a scam now. I demanded my money back and am waiting on a reply. This so called company has done the bait and switch with a friend of mine also. She ordered some very collectible reindeer and santa, what she received were 8 plastic reindeer and and a stuffed santa…dollar store items. Buyer Beware!!!
This is a business who is not to be trusted. It doesn’t even have a review page!!
I placed an order with Teegest early October for some Thanksgiving shirts & maple leaf earrings.
My order did finally arrive in December, but 2 of the 4 items ordered were incorrect.
I was not pleased with the time frame delay,
but was given some “explanations” by a service person via email.
Not a company I would do business with in the future.
I purchased Christmas masks for my family on 11/30. They didn’t arrive until 12/23. When we tried to wear them they were AWFUL! The size and shape were terrible, and the art was blurry, not to mention the high price for a mask. A real let down!
I ordered from this company about 2 months ago. It took forever for my order to come. I spent a little over $200 on some shirts which were supposed to be a size xl but when I received them they were sizes for a little child. On top of that, half of the order was stuff I didn’t even order. I e been going back and forth with emails with this company over the last few months and they’ve refunded me back about $40 and today asked to refund me $10 and keep the clothes because the shipping cost would be too expensive. I’d like to warn anyone who has intentions on shopping from this site to do not waste their time ordering any clothes from them.
I had a similar experience .. ordered items – the clothing sizes were not what was advertised; the earrings were not what I ordered; and the said the same thing about the shipping cost being to expensive and I should keep the items and they would credit me $10 (my order was $81!) They are a scam … don’t order from them! (I didn’t realize I was ordering from them I thought I was ordering from another company that I had ordered from before)
I ordered Christmas themed masks on dec 2nd and was charged immediately. I traced the shipment for weeks to no avail. Received them January 1st. Not useful as hopefully we will not be masked next Xmas.
No phone # and no response from my email
I reached out to my credit card company and they are investigating. DO NOT ORDER FROM TEEGEST!!
I am a senior citizen and on a limited income. I ordered 2 Thanksgiving t-shirts which arrived in December. When they had not arrived in time, I contacted Teegest and was told to ‘just refuse delivery if I wanted to return them, but they would hope I would keep them.” I refused them, they were returned and received at their location as confirmed by tracking information. Then came a series of emails to ‘[email protected]” with occasional replies and waiting for receipt with a promise of credit. They’ve had the merchandise for over a month and NO CREDIT HAS BEEN ISSUED. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
