Wow! This very minute, I was about to return to tangdress.com site to go back to my “cart” and put through a purchase. What stopped me was that I hit this article on Google by accident and began reading it! Divine intervention I must say! Thank you so much… Now my worry is about lokeeda.com. I ordered from them last night and have not seen anything shipped out yet which is a red flag for me. I ordered a dress from Tang. It was nothing like the picture, and felt/looked so cheaply made! To return, the website says contact [email protected]. It bounces back EVERY TIME. I have lost nearly $ 60.00, having paid through PayPal. PayPal is not always helpful. I am

Unfortunately, I didn’t read this before I placed an order. I was informed that the dress was no longer in production from the manufacturer. However, I was encouraged to pick something else. Wow, I’ll have to pray for these folks.
I order >$100 of product in dresses from Tangdress. All of them cheap and ill fitting. I email’d to return to get an address to send back per their refund policy. Still waiting for a response and it is now day 5. Do not want any of the dresses. Now I am worried they have my information.
I too did not read this in time and bought a coat or so that’s what I thought. Looked absolutely nothing like the picture upon arrival. Turned out to be cheap polyester fabric with scratchy fur sown on. Waste of $70 considering trying to return was a complete dead end.

My wife bought an item online from tangdress. We made the connection through Pinterest.
It did not fit, was of poor quality and not exactly as pictured. I contacted them per their “ return policy”. The first response I got was that their website was going through maintenance and not currently available, try again. After a second attempt, I got the same response on my third attempt they actually responded but their return instructions just reiterated what was already on their website, very vague instructions. I wrote back telling them that there was no return address, I sent another email asking for the specific return address. Again they responded telling me that it must be returned to China and the address was very complicated however it was provided. They also told me that it would probably be lost in shipping and that was a risk I would have to take. they offered me a 15% refund of the cost of the item. No refund on the shipping. At this point I sent them an email telling them this was not acceptable, however, a return of 50% would be satisfactory. I thought to myself, live and learn, and I would be done with the problem. That was nine days ago and I do not expect to hear from them. Don’t buy anything from them. Pinterest should not have any connections with this company.
