What We Found about rickua.com!
- Their website uses https security – this means that information like passwords and credit card numbers, when sent to their site, is kept private.
- When we scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), it returned a very bad trust score of 1%. This means that their site can’t be trusted because no identifying information of the owner is tied to the domain name, and their creation date is very recent, so there is no past timeline through which we can measure their authenticity.
- From reports found on the internet, so far, no positive reviews have been made on rickua.com. Usually, authentic positive reviews are a sign that an online store is reliable.
- In the course of our research, we noticed that the affordability of their products serves as bait to attract unsuspecting buyers. This is common among scam online stores.
- The contact information provided on their website are not reliable; searching the address on google maps, you would see that it does not belong to any store. The building there looks more like a residential place.
Verdict!
Rickua.com is an untrustworthy online store, like Shopyzaz, Scarfiv, Matastore, and, therefore, not recommended for use. If you buy from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return.
There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates.
It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.
Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.
Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.
It is unfair to fall victim to these fraudsters and lose the money you earned from honest work. Fact-checking should be a priority before you buy anything from an online vendor.

I ordered a spa part from them on 7/19. It was a very good price for the part so I searched the company for scam warnings before placing the order. I did not receive a confirmation email so I emailed them for details about it the shipping. They responded within 24 hours:
“Hi
Normally 15-25 days after shipment you can get your order
When we get tracking No. will inform you ASAP
Any questions pls feel free contact with us.
Thank you”
I then noticed that they were selling the entire system for around the same price as the part that I ordered. Very suspicious. I emailed requesting a refund and never received a response.
Luckily, I paid for the item via PayPal. I contacted PayPal and they were more than happy to help me open a fraudulent seller ticket and get a refund.

If you’ve ordered anything from them, contact your credit card company or PayPal immediately to open a claim.
Just like Erika I ordered a hot tub part from rickua.com. Never received a confirmation email. Checked my charge card company and no charge was immediately posted. Checked the next day and the charge was posted. I emailed rickua about no confirmation or shipping info and got no response. I called the company listed on my charge bill. Left a message and don’t expect a response. Contacted my charge card company to cancel my card and start a fraud investigation. I would never thought they were a fraud do to their company came up in a Google search with my part.
I looked at their website and saw they had a Nevada address so i ordered a hot tub part for $60.68. I got a confirmation email, all looked legit then it shows up on my pay pal as Lu ling. I got a tracking number and tracked shipping from China. when package arrived it was about 10 NP95 disposable dust mask. i checked pay pal again and there was another order with the same order number, but not hot tub part. I contacted them both through the email and both say same thing ,”SO Sorry, please take picture so we can look into it”.
I should have done my due diligence before purchasing! I ordered a hot tub spa pump but instead received face masks! Totally scammed since it appeared our package was delivered. Price was too good to be true and I should have known better! Do not order anything from this site!
