We have taken the responsibility to carry out reviews on sites like Lilicloth and expose their fraudulent schemes.

Yes, I too, bought 2 shirts and have been waiting and waiting. When something is too good to be true, I should have been more suspicious. Fortunately, I am only out $ 53.76 … but now I am canceling my CC and going to LEARN FORM THIS! I just started using Norton360 with LifeLock … boy, am I going to invest some time getting this program working for me!
You need to do more than that. You need to check every time you want to buy something. Type in the store name followed by the word reviews. Usually you will find the store itself claiming lots of positive reviews. Ignore that. Select a site that checks websites for scammers. That is how I arrived here before I bought anything.

Lilicloth is just one of the many overseas sweat shops that post pics of trendy, fashionable clothes, misleading the US people into purchasing CRAP!!! I was scammed five years ago and never will fall for this again! The crap is sold from a lot of different online sites under different and unique names like ‘Classy-Girl’ or ‘ Bella’ or something like that… just try to reach someone with an issue…..good luck with that; They post the beautiful clothes pics, and then try hard to copy the item in their sweat shop and the customer ends up with a very poor reproduction of what they saw online…..NOTHING like the pic item seen online! It ought to be a law against this kind of deceit! Believe me, I’ve got stories that would take too long to tell here !
15min ago today 10/4/20, I saw an ad for LILICLOTH clothing and had an uneasy feeling so I googled and fount it reported to be a scam site. When I went back to what I was doing online, I soon came across what I thought was the same EXACT ad (same photos, in a different order) WITH THE NAME “ZOLUCKY” So BEWARE OF EITHER, and honestly, probably MOST of them you see!
I actually took a chance on 2 sites a few months back (after reading a few hundred reviews) 🙂 and was very pleasantly surprised w/the 3 clothing items I received!
My favorite was “Yidarten” [fox head logo] the quality was probably better than what I would buy locally at a department store (even after washing), and the prices were quite ‘fair’ (since I am a cheap shopper! lol) and locally comparable for the items I got, though you can find great prices on clothing this way. I plan to order more from them now that I trust it. (sorry I cant remember the name of the other brand)
Oh, btw- It DOES take a long time to get stuff (2-3mos), but that’s typical since it’s all coming from ‘China’….so be mindful of that. I ordered/recieved during COVID lol so that probably didn’t help

I ordered several items from Lilicloth, and for all of them the fit was awful (strangely tight sleeves on one shirt, for example, and a dress that fit like a bag), and the materials were extremely cheap. I tried to return them all but Lilicloth said I had missed their 15 day return window by a couple of days (not that I wanted to pay to return these things to CHINA, but it may have been worth it). And their website is not accepting reviews on their items, even from a verified purchaser like myself. Do NOT order from this company!
This business is a scam. I’ve never fallen for one before, but like others have said, the clothes look cute and the prices are low. And we’re in a pandemic. So I gave it a shot and ordered 4 things. The package took 3-4 weeks to arrive, the quality is terrible, and none of them fit. I sent them an email asking how to make a return, and received no reply. I thought about using the return address on the package, but it looked like a personal address, not a business, so I did not do that. After reading the “real” reviews, I assume it would be pointless to pursue it. So I’m out $80. I wanted to post this to warn others, and thank you for the platform to do so.
I also made the mistake of ordering a sweatshirt from this ‘company’. My credit card was charged but I never received a confirmation that I placed an order. No email confirmation, nothing. It’s been 2 months and I know I’ve been scammed. Do not fall for these thieves.
Item received was not what was represented on their site in either color or fabric. When I questioned them about it, they 1st make you jump thru a bunch of hoops with all kinds of info requests for info they already have. Then it’s send pictures of this and pics of that. Then they tell you item was shipped from china and the customer is responsible for shipping. My package came from Illinois. And what I received was not what I purchased so shipping should be their responsibility. ….. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ALL THEIR SISTER COMPANIES(There Are Many) ALL PEDALING THE SAME TRASH WITH THE SAME RETURN SCAM.
I don’t know what they use for fabric in their products but it’s not like anything I’ve ever seen. It’s stiff and unwearable on most of the items.
Secondly, if you have any issues with any item know that they will not do a return unless YOU pay to ship it back and wait a REALLY long time for them to accept and acknowledge the product when it gets back to them in China.
Third, shipping times are VERY long plus nothing arrives together. Tested the company with 4 pieces and after over 5 weeks, still waiting for 2 of them to arrive.
Fourth, if you are used to US sizing, you’ll be surprised. The sizing on the items is a lot different than US sizes.
Overall, it’s a waste of money time and energy. HIGHLY recommend passing on this company and going somewhere else.

Why does the Wall Street Journal let them advertise?
I bought 4 shirts and a long dress from Lilicloth, when I tried them on the material gave me a rash which caused intense itching. I paid by PayPal so when I couldn’t reach Lilicloth I contacted PayPal. Usually they are good about helping with problems, but not this time. I wanted to return the items Ii purchased after going back and forth they finally said I could return the clothes but I would have to pay postage to china. Not cheap at all. They never stated that they were from China, if so I would never have bought the clothes because of what they use in manufacturing. Hazardous to you health! I was upset with. PayPal for not honoring my problem.
Added warning: The statement “…but I would have to pay postage to china. Not cheap at all. …” is actually an understatement. Not with this specific company but one just like it, I went round and round about 2 or 3 years ago attempting to return a single item. I checked return prices for return packages to China with various carriers as well as USPS. The latter was the cheapest at some $50, about twice the price I had paid for the whole item incl. postage.
Remedy: If you have a demonstrable problem with the merchandise (fit, quality), then you can file a dispute with the credit card company (I use mostly Discover to pay and found them to have the most convenient procedure in place.)
I think this is a rehash of Anniecloth, which is a HUGE SCAM and based out of China, so if you have to return any of the clown suits you receive, it costs over $100 to return safely with tracking. DONT fall for the pictures! I filed with the AG on that one.
Ordered a mans coat. When it arrived it was nothing like the picture. It’s more a coat lining than a coat.

I also purchased 5 shirts from Lilicloth because they looked so cute online! Received 3 several weeks after the order was placed. All are hideous and of poor quality and fit. Contacted them and I was able to get one shirt refunded because it wasn’t shipped yet. I just received the last shirt today and it is the most hideous of all of them! Ask if I could return all of the shirts and was told it would be too expensive because it would go to Guangzhou, China or they could give me a 15% credit on my account to use for alterations on the shirts! How do you alter poor quality and ugly?
Yes, same results here. Extremely low quality fabric, badly sewn, and off by about two sizes (too small, of course). We requested information for return and got this email back:

I got to the end of checkout and $12.99 shipping was added to the $19.99 t-shirt. Scam !!!!! So I did not go through with the purchase.

YES yes and YES, this company is a scam. The two items I ordered (shirt and necklace) were NOTHING like what was advertised on their website. I emailed Lilicloth photos of the garbage sent to me next to what was advertised on their website and was told “it’s the same item” (it wasn’t even the same material). I was given the choice of 15% refund or sending the items back to China, which is more expensive than items purchased. To make a very long story short of going back and forth with this company for months, I was only given a full refund after I told them I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission and my bank (both true). I recommend anyone scammed by Lilicloth to document everything, file a report with ftc.gov and contact your bank to get the money you lost credited to your account. The whole process is annoying, but very satisfying in the end to get back the money stolen from you.
Just received half of an order yesterday. This store must be tailored for Hobbits! All items were way to small, medium is really an extra small, XXL is really a Large. All of the sizing is very far off for Americans. Also the items we did receive are made with very cheap material and poorly made. One item was not shipped yet and there if no way on the site to cancel or modify the order. Wish now, I researched Lillicloth before I ordered. This company is Chinese with just a Web storefront in the USA. Order only if your a midget, like cheap crap and like to wait for a slow boat from China to deliver the crap.
I made the mistake of ordering two blouses for my wife in November as presents for Christmas. When my wife opened them on Christmas day, neither fit. In fact one is wrongly labeled for size. I contacted Lilicloth to return them and received a canned response saying that items can only be returned within 15 days. So now we are stuck with two new blouses that do not fit and which my wife says are poorly made. Also note that Lilicloth charged me $13 shipping for the two blouses, which came shoved in a bag. That is more than twice what a reputable company such as Land’s End charges. I recommend customers stay away from Lilicloth.
I ordered an item for a Christmas gift on November 28th. It is now December 30th and it has not yet arrived. My several inquires resulted only in a computer generated reply that it left a shipping partner in Monroe Township, NJ on December 11th, less than 120 miles from my location. I have been unable to get any more useful information. I will never buy anything from Lilicloth again.

I want to return some products to Lilicloth. When I type in their website, a phishing note from “Apple” shows up. Do not fall for it!!
I ordered 6 shirts on December 16 and two weeks later nothing half are still listed as processing the other 3 are days away if they show up.
Will never buy from them again. The shirts I bought were all made in China, all required dry cleaning , and took 7 weeks to arrive. Priced “ too good to be true”. I will check the company throughly next time.
Beware Sizes are severely off. I ordered XL& XXL and tops were tiny. Probably fit 100 lb person. Also paid 13.95 shipping and it took 5 weeks to arrive. Ridiculous. Very bad purchase.

Lillicloth is a TOTAL scam. We purchased 4 items on Dec 18, and the last item did not even arrive until the end of January. At that point we had already realized how lousy “quality” their products were and fully intended to return once the last item showed up. Then they reply via their email system that returns must be shipped to China and they will only offer a 15% cash refund. Big time scam!
On the billing they state they only charge when the products were shipped, yet they had already charged me for the items. Not sure if I should put in a review for their charge?
I ordered several items from Lilicloth for Christmas. All were to be delivered between Dec 18 and 24. By Dec 26 half the order was not even shipped. The first item to arrive came on the 29th. When one of the T-shirts finally arrived it was Defective – two words were misspelled. and they will not refund my money for it unless I return it at my own expense.
They offered me 40% refund without return.

Like others mentioned here, I saw cute clothes at reasonable prices on Lilicloth’s website, no mention where they were coming from…I ordered 4 items before Christmas. They took about 3 weeks(shipped in 2 parts) with ongoing emails that they were coming. The size SMALL shirt grey oil painting top was 31″ from armpit to armpit, more like an XL here in the states. The clothes were of poor quality fabrics. The wool socks were really stretched out but I gave them to my daughter in the cold north. The post office said it would be $27.75 to mail the other 3 pieces back but Lilicloth twice offered a 15% and later a 25% return to “avoid the hassle” of returning them. I do give them credit for timely responses to my emails, so maybe they are improving there, I can only hope for the actual partial credit. I would not try them again.

The clothes they sell are so poor that they’re clearly not in this to build a customer base, they just want your money for that one order knowing you’ll never be able to get a refund. Yes, this company is unreliable. They misaddressed the package we ordered. It now cannot be delivered or returned, and they refuse to issue a refund. They got our money; our granddaughters got zero. Their shipping and service rates a zero.
I brought 4 items from there. They were lower quality than what I thought I had brought and took ages to arrive. I found them on Facebook where I saw a lot of their advertisements. They did send me my products so I guess it wasn’t a complete scam.

My heart sank seeing the items ordered. They were nothing like the photos. The two blouses were suppose to be all cotton, and one a cotton blend. I had a chat with a rep before ordering to make sure one was 100% cotton. They said yes, and the other a cotton blend. Turns out the cotton blend must have about 2% cotton, and the other, no cotton; instead both were the cheapest polyester ever. In the photos on their site both looked stylish and somewhat diaphanous…of which neither were. The label was marked “S” for small. They both were huge, another faux pas. In reading other comments, I think I just have to stuff it. Sending them back would be about $50? according to one post, and never seeing a refund. If only I had read the reviews before spending my money. Lesson learned! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
I’ve never seen clothes like this – except disposable gowns in health settings – absolutely see through fabric that may be poly blend? – missing items that were charged, design and style different from as ordered, no returns. Completely taken in on my first online clothing order. Can’t even use these clothes for rags as they are non-absorbent and have a weird moldy smell. Maybe recycled fabric.

I purchased seven blouses from the site, described as “cotton blend,” at a reasonable low cost, or so I thought.
They all arrived in the sizes ordered, but the material was cheap polyester and it appeared as if a photograph was taken from another pattern, transposed onto the shirts, and they just looked awful.
Then I tried to return the merchandise, which it not only turns out that one cannot return it to the labeled site where it shipped from in The USA, but that you are responsible for shipping return costs.
So I tried four emails before they finally gave me an address in Shandong Province in China to return the purchases, and the shipping cost, even at the cheapest rate in The USA, was nearly the amount spent on the merchandise!
My own fault for not pursuing due diligence in checking the product reviews first- online, before giving them my money, which has now gone up in smoke!
That will not happen, again.

I am very unhappy with company. I returned some of the merchandise for a refund. It cost me $25 to return it to China. It has been three months. They claim that the merchandise has still not been received and that it is sitting in China customs. They said they can refund me 50% of the purchase price, and the rest when my return arrives. My credit card bill reported: Aug 18, 2021 item — Paypal SUPERLINKIN 4029357733 HKG. The USPS Tracking information: Sep 7, 2021 Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item, Grand Prairie, TX & Sep 17, 2021 Delivered, In/At Mailbox, Dallas, TX. The package label read: U.S Postage Paid Global Mail, and the Return Address: 1206 US-130, Burlington, NJ 08016, USA, with the USPS Tracking Number. Inside the soft-plastic shipping package was a zip-lock bag with a label with SKU number, SPU number, “As Picture M [women’s medium size]. The hooded sweatshirt was made of relatively thick, heavy, strong, polyester fabric (for cooler weather) with a rainbow spectrum of vivid colors, the stitches were sewn double in the neck and other seams, the irregular (non-geometric) splash-paint pattern matched perfectly on both sides of every seam; it smelled fresh and clean but not aromatic.; the fit was snug. I have no complaints, and would buy this product again. The only drawbacks for me were the long shipping and delivery time (30 days), the lack of a detailed sizing chart to help avoid the need for returns or exchanges, and the lack of washing/cleaning instructions. These stores have been around forever. I got scanned in late 90’s. It was a company called Rosegal dba Rose Hip and other names. I Even put a Facebook page for others to meet to vent.. ironically Facebook allowed them to keep advertising. The typically are a company from China. Takes forever to get your product, when you do get your product it doesn’t look like anything you ordered. They look like children clothes or something to unsuccessfully look like what you ordered. My credit card refunded my order. It wasn’t a huge amount but ever since then I research everything I want to buy something. This happened nearly 20 years ago. Buyer beware
Placed order, charge went through, confirming email, but no order number, no tracking info, etc. I sent them an email two weeks later, asking for shipping information and they replied that they show no order placed under my email address, and I need to please provide the order number so they can research. I never received an order number. I’m going to dispute the charge through PayPal. SO disappointing.

TOTAL SCAM. Contact address is England, “alleged” product ships from China. There is NO REFUND after the 3 seconds it takes for them to intercept and charge credit card, my order has been in transit on a plane for 8 days after 30 days to get through Customs. Company blows up my email with their relentless “looks like you are very interested in this” emails several times a day. Emails to Lilicloth do get a response, but it’s total BS whining…”it takes time due to Pandemic…we are not a scam…”. I should have researched the site – NOTE all the reviews are blissfully happy 5’s!! I’m sure it took all of 15 minutes to create that false information, probably handled by an 8 year old. I take full responsibility for losing $32 – just posting to hopefully save someone much wiser than me who does their due diligence ahead of whipping out a credit card!
I guess I will never be able to return my order for $117.93 I have contacted them a number of times. They tell me to wait until I get my whole order which has never come.
Bought two items from Lilicloth for my wife’s upcoming birthday and nothing from Lilicloth except excuses. At this point I might as well write off my losses to this scamming outfit. Last time I ever purchase anything in the internet without looking at reviews.
I ordered a shirt from lilicloth via a Facebook ad. Order placed Oct 25 so it would arrive by recipient’s mid-November birthday. When it did not, I sent several messages and basically received “Be Patient” for each reply. I asked for their country of origin and was ignored. Their package tracking system was thru some company I never heard of and the last post indicated that it had arrived in Arrowhead, Texas, on November 13, “Awaiting USPS pickup.” No more posts. It finally arrived on December 3rd, in basically a shipping bubble-envelope about 5″X5″. Much thinner than it appears. I ordered an XL, since my wife wears a Large, and wanted it loose. It MIGHT be a medium, which to me indicates an Asian origin, as their sizes do not match US bodies. Slick ads, good slogans, terrible service. It’s not worth the trouble to seek a refund; we’ll just gift it to someone that it will fit (until the first wash.)
bought a bunch of stuff for Christmas presents for people and am still waiting for my stuff. They say it is in California waiting for USPS to pick it up. The website tracking info has not been updated in 20 days. 35 days now and counting avoid them
Placed an order for my spouse and two sons, the order was incomplete, the shirts I ordered for my spouse was NOT what I ordered. The product was shipped on 12/09/21 and received on 12/29/21, must have been shipped by horse (pony express from the 1600’s was faster than that) When I tried to return it there is a note on the receipt that return must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product BUT all of the products must be returned within 15 days of shipment. It was on the road for 20 days.
I was unable to request a return number by email, I tried half dozen times, I was unable to send them an email explaining that I did not receive the items that I order for 20 days prior.
They pilferage from people at Christmas time, when a family purchase something items for their family members and run into scum business people like them. You may want to consider buying your items from another website. This company is a fraud.
It is a total scam site….I’ve waited almost 3 months on a $100 order…they said it was held up at customs, then lost and resent….that was a month ago.
My husband was scammed because he thought he ordered me a cute shirt. I did get a shirt but it was a piece of crap and you’re only able to return if you pay shipping costs to China. A 15% refund was offered, otherwise. They got our money and we got nothing.
Place on order on 12/2/21. Contacted Customer Service via Chat. Told me everything I wanted to hear but, still today 1/13/22, I have not received my products. I will attempt to contact them one more time. Let’s see if the response is anything more than gibberish. I used Paypal to pay them, so I will request a refund from them if I do not receive my items in the next few days.
I have purchased several shirts from Lilicloth and they were high quality and reasonably priced. They also shipped and arrived quickly.
I purchased a pair of jeans from lilicloth using my PayPal account, picking my linked bank debit card as the option to pay. About two days later, i received a fraud alert that someone was trying to use this card to make 5 separate purchases at Krogers in two different states. I don’t know for sure if they somehow scammed my card, but i was in the hospital at the time and know that card was not used anywhere else in the past week, was in my possession, and hadn’t been used to make any other online purchases other than this Lilicloth! Seems highly suspicious to me, and especially now that i know they aren’t reputable!! And I always thought PayPal was most secure way to make online purchases.
Wow…Guess I was lucky. All 6 shirts ordered arrived safe and sound. Cloth is a little thin but still, in my mind, worth what I paid. Good T-shirts
