How Does leoon.store Work?

Leoon claims to sell top quality products at very affordable rates on their online store, but should you trust them? In the course of our research, we noticed that the affordability of their products serves as bait to attract unsuspecting buyers. This is common among scam online stores.

Leoon.store uses a very neat and well-designed website layout, giving it a convincing feel. But this should not deceive you into believing Leoon.store is legit because most of these scam online stores go the extra mile to appear trustworthy.

Leoon accepts payments made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

What We Found About leoon.store!

Following the coronavirus outbreak, people have, due to the lockdown in cities, resorted to online stores for most things they need to buy. Fraudsters have taken to this opportunity to open up fraudulent websites where they steal money from unsuspecting buyers. We have taken the responsibility to carry out reviews on sites like Leoon and expose their fraudulent schemes.

From reports found on the internet, no positive reviews have been made on leoon.store. Usually, authentic positive reviews are a sign that an online store is reliable. Leoon.store, after passing through a series of tests, shows it is less than six months old and, therefore, should not be trusted.

Their website uses https security – this means that information like passwords and credit card numbers, when sent to their site, is kept private. But this is not an assurance that those behind the platform won’t tamper with your card details.

The other things which we found out about Leoon which made us believe leoon.store is a fake online store are:

Reachability

  • They have no social media presence. Trustworthy stores use social media as a means to advertise their wares and also connect to their customers. They even listen to and resolve customers’ complaints through their social media handles.
  • The contact information provided on their website is not reliable: the address provided, when searched on Google Maps, returned a building that looks like a residential place and not a business building.
  • Due to the anonymity of the owners of the store, there is zero accountability, and no one to charge should you be scammed. The absence of a real face to account for the operations of the store is a big red flag.

Reviews

  • The products sampled on leoon.store are without customer reviews which is a bad sign. Reliable online stores like Amazon usually carry customer reviews, both positive and negative, on the products sampled on their store.
  • When we scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), it returned a very bad trust score of 1%. This means that their site can’t be trusted because no identifying information of the owner is tied to the domain name. And since their creation date is very recent, there is no past timeline through which we can measure their authenticity.

Content

  • The contents used on their webpages were copied from other sources, as we have, times without number, encountered the use of same contents in other fraudulent online stores.

Verdict!

Leoon.store, like Tesyhnet, is an untrustworthy online store, and, therefore, not recommended for use. If you shop from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return. Protect yourself from swindlers.

There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates.

It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.

Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.

Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.

It is unfair to fall victim to these fraudsters and lose the money you earned from honest work. Fact-checking should be a priority before you buy anything from an online vendor.

If you’ve shopped from this store, or attempted to do so, kindly share your experience with us in the comment section.

  1. I ordered a bed side table from leoon.store and received a nail kit. I am currently in contact with the store thru the email on the site trying to get my money back. I wish I would have been smart enough to look into the website before making the purchase

    1. Same! I ordered the same thing (side table) and received the nail set instead. I emailed the ‘store’ a few days ago but of course no reply.

    2. I’m in the same boat I’m afraid, should have known it was too good to be true. I am in contact with PayPal to see if there is anything they can do

    3. I too received the nail kit ..I tried to send a email but it was sent back to me as undeliverable. I should of knew it was good to be true.

    4. ordered the same night stand and I got a tracking number that lead to nowhere and the Leoon.store is closed up and the gmail is invalid. I think I’m screwed out of my $30…

    5. I ordered the side table advertised by my mobile game thinking it was legit. It’s been 4 months so I emailed them, since there was no number. It came back as undeliverable and the link to my “order confirmation” says the store is unavailable.

I searched for the same table and it’s $899 on Amazon.

Looking at some other reviews saying they received a cheap bubblegum ring instead of what they purchased. That happened to me a month or so ago. It was labeled from China, SO I GUESS THAT’S THE END TABLE! I didn’t even know where it came from. Just figured it was a Wish item I forgot I purchased.

      MAJOR SCAM!!

    6. I ordered the same table and got the same nail kit. I thought to myself a table like that is too hard to let slip by for that price. But you live and you learn. I will be ordering from places I have ordered from before.

  2. I think I have been scammed by this Leoon store. I ordered a table over a month ago and I have not gotten my order. I have emailed them 2 times and no answer. How can we stop this??

  3. I too received the nail kit ..I tried to send a email but it was sent back to me as undeliverable. I should of knew it was good to be true.

  4. I ordered a table a month ago and got nothing. The email is unreachable and the so called tracking number goes nowhere. The URL is now gone which mean I got got.
