How Does Lazaavow.com Work?

Lazaavow claims to sell original products at believable rates on their online store, but should you trust them?

Scam stores are infamous for baiting buyers with cheap prices. Some of them, however, take the other route: in order to appear trustworthy, they use prices that won’t set off any alarm to a suspicious eye.

Nonetheless, those who eventually fall for it and go on to make orders end up getting scammed; they either receive products of inferior quality, or nothing at all.

Also, lazaavow.com uses a convincing website layout, giving it a trustworthy outlook. But this should not deceive you into believing Lazaavow is legit because most of these scam online stores go the extra mile to appear trustworthy.

Lazaavow accepts payments made through credit/debit cards and PayPal.

What We Found About Lazaavow.com!

One of the advantages of the internet age is the ease with which we do things. One could, by clicking a few links on a laptop or a smartphone, purchase items from the comfort of their homes. But its down side is this: because the sellers are invisible, they could easily be scammers.

We have taken the responsibility to carry out reviews on sites like Lazaavow and expose their fraudulent schemes.

One of the things we noticed about Lazaavow is that no positive reviews have been made about them. Usually, authentic positive reviews are a sign that an online store is reliable.

Their website uses https security – this means that information like passwords and credit card numbers, when sent to their site, is kept private. But this is not an assurance that the people behind the platform won’t tamper with your details.

The other things we found out about Lazaavow that made us believe Lazaavow.com is a fake online store are:

REACHABILITY

They have no social media presence. Trustworthy stores use social media as a means to advertise their wares and also connect to their customers. They even listen to and resolve customers’ complaints through their social media handles. Most scam stores refrain from having social media accounts because a victim of their fraud can easily tag and expose them there, warning away other prospective buyers.

The contact information provided on their website is not reliable: customers complained of receiving no response.

Due to the anonymity of the owners of the store, there is zero accountability, and no one to charge should you be scammed. The absence of a real face to account for the operations of the store is a big red flag.

REVIEWS

The products sampled on Lazaavow.com are without customer reviews. Reliable online stores like Amazon usually carry mixed customer reviews, both positive and negative, on the products sampled on their store.

When we scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), it returned a very bad trust score of 1%. This means that their site can’t be trusted because no identifying information of the owner is tied to the domain name.

CONTENT

The contents used on their webpages were copied from other sources. On their about page, they wrote: “lazaavow began with a vision to bring storytelling back into jewelry.” But there is no jewelry being sold on their store, and this means they copied their about page from elsewhere.

TRACKER

There is no reliable tracking system available on their website to monitor the progress of the ordered products.

Verdict!

Lazaavow.com, like Prochty, like 1beth, is an untrustworthy online store. Therefore, we do not recommend that you shop here. If you shop from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return.

There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates.

It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.

Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.

Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.

It is unfair to fall victim to these fraudsters and lose the money you earned from honest work. Fact-checking should be a priority before you buy anything from an online vendor.

If you’ve shopped from this store, or attempted to do so, kindly share your experience with us in the comment section.

  1. I made a purchase for an item through Lazaavow. Can confirm this is a fraudulent entity looking to scam you out of your money. They attached a tracking code to my Paypal transaction saying the item had been delivered when in fact I had not received the item. I was able to get a statement from the shipping company saying that the item that had been shipped under the attached tracking number was not sent to my address (they attached a tracking # issued under another shipment!), which enabled me to file a Paypal claim and most likely get my money back. Avoid Lazaavow at all costs!

  2. This website is a fraud. Luckily Pay Pal says they will give me a refund as this vendor apparently had buyer protection enabled.
I googled AOC 32 inch Monitor and https://www.lazaavow.com/index.php?main_page=login had it in stock supposedly so I bought the item with my debit card which at check out took me to pay pal to make the purchase and I logged in as a guest and made the purchase to a different vendor, which was odd I thought, but perhaps legit. After I was never sent a receipt and my login after the purchase would never let me log back in I became really concerned. So I was going to report the fraud immediately, but soon I received a tracking number. Lazaavow says they are in Fort Lauderdale, but the phone number goes to a non-working number in Pennsylvania, the shipment came out of NY with a NJ return address, and the vendor that took my Pay Pal payment is in California. I sent email to the [email protected] contact but it comes back as an undeliverable email address. The shipment took 10 days and instead of a 32 inch monitor it was basically an empty envelope the side of a post card. I have contacted my bank and pay pal. Pay pal says they will provide a refund, but just in case I will try to get one from my bank as well. I have had my debit card canceled as well. Avoide this website it is a scam.
