How Does Lanzary.com Work?

Lanzary claims to sell original products at believable rates on their online store, but should you trust them?

Scam stores are infamous for selling products at very cheap rates. Some of them, however, sample their products at believable rates to appear trustworthy. Nonetheless, those who fall for it and go on to make orders would end up getting scammed; they’d either receive products of inferior quality, or nothing at all.

Also, Lanzary.com uses a convincing website layout, giving it a trustworthy outlook. But this should not deceive you into believing Lanzary is legit because most of these scam online stores go the extra mile to appear trustworthy.

Lanzary accepts payments made through PayPal.

What We Found About Lanzary!

One of the advantages of the internet age is the ease with which we do things. One could, by clicking a few links on a laptop or a smartphone, purchase items from the comfort of their homes. But its down side is this: because the sellers are invisible, they could easily be scammers.

We have taken the responsibility to carry out reviews on sites like Lanzary and expose their fraudulent schemes.

One of the things we noticed about Lanzary is that no positive reviews have been made about them. Usually, authentic positive reviews are a sign that an online store is reliable.

Their website uses https security – this means that information like passwords and credit card numbers, when sent to their site, is kept private. But this is not an assurance that the people behind the platform won’t tamper with your details.

The other things we found about Lanzary that made us believe Lanzary.com is a scam online store are:

REACHABILITY

They have no social media presence. Trustworthy stores use social media as a means to advertise their wares and also connect to their customers. They even listen to and resolve customers’ complaints through their social media handles. Most scam stores refrain from having social media accounts because a victim of their fraud can easily tag and expose them there, warning away other prospective buyers.

The contact information provided on their website is not reliable: customers complained of receiving no response.

Due to the anonymity of the owners of the store, there is zero accountability, and no one to charge should you be scammed. The absence of a real face to account for the operations of the store is a big red flag.

REVIEWS

The products sampled on Lanzary.com are without customer reviews. Reliable online stores like Amazon usually carry mixed customer reviews, both positive and negative, on the products sampled on their store.

When we scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), it returned a very bad trust score of 2%. This means that their site can’t be trusted because no identifying information of the owner is tied to the domain name.

CONTENT

The contents used on their webpages were copied from other sources. We’ve encountered both their website template and content in other fraudulent stores.

TRACKER

There is no reliable tracking system available on their website to monitor the progress of the ordered products.

Verdict!

Lanzary.com, like Prochty, like 1beth, is an untrustworthy online store. Therefore, we do not recommend that you shop here. If you shop from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return.

There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates.

It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.

Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.

Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.

It is unfair to fall victim to these fraudsters and lose the money you earned from honest work. Fact-checking should be a priority before you buy anything from an online vendor.

If you’ve shopped from this store, or attempted to do so, kindly share your experience with us in the comment section.

  1. I was looking for a sofa identical the one I purchased earlier in the year. When I googled” Modway Valour Performance Velvet Sofa”, Lanzary.com popped up with one for sale at $96.85. It’s the identical sofa I paid $800.00 ealier. What’s so bizare is there are no other pieces of furniture advertised on the site. Actually, I cannot even find the sofa on their site. But it’;s definitely ion the Google Results and it let me place it in the shopping cart to purchase. How does that happen?

  2. lanzary.com is a hacker site that jumps in over items you are searching for from Lowes or Walmart appearing to be a legit microsoft sale site. They offer rediculously low prices for the same item you are looking at. I was searching or a 21″ Briggs and Stratton Lawn mower when it jumped in the corner of my search offer it to me for $89. It looked legit, so I payed for it through their pay pal site. A few days later I tried to follow up on my order, but could not get in. I requested a new password, but never received it. So I called their help number. A person named Carol answered and said if you are trying to order from Lanzary, don’t they are a scam using this number. I tried a second number and got the same person with the same message.
After that I knew I was taken, so I filed fraud charges through my bank to hopefully get my money back.

  3. I looked up their phone number. The area code is for Texas. I sent an email to [email protected] and got the following message back from Gmail:
The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. Learn more at https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7720 [lanzary.com 2606:4700:3035::ac43:c6dd: timed out] [lanzary.com 2606:4700:3031::6815:5cda: timed out] [lanzary.com 172.67.198.221: timed out] [lanzary.com 104.21.92.218: timed out]
A day later lanzary has still not replied. I doubt seriously that they are legit.

  4. I was shopping online for a new GPU and I saw an MSI RTX 570 AMD Armor 4gb at the amazing price of $94.99 (makes me cringe reading that back). I clicked on the link and was surprised when Lanzary.com came up. I thought “since when do bridal shops sell gpu’s?” Still, that wasn’t enough to deter me. I paid for the item through PayPal on Sept. 3rd 2021. I received confirmation of the transaction and it struck me odd that the payment wasn’t to Lanzary.com but to a private email address. A couple of days go by and I check my email to see if there was any word on my item shipping yet. Nothing. So I emailed the seller and did not receive a reply. 2 days later sent another message and again nothing. That’s when I knew I had been hoodwinked. I’m upset of course but not at these crooks. I’m upset with myself because I knew deep down it was a scam but I wan Ted so much for it to be real that I went through with the payment. Sigh. Now I’m in the process of disputing the sale with paypal and hopefully getting my money back. Lesson to be learned: doing your due deligence is a must cuz deals like this are nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Good luck to the rest of you who have fallen for Lanzary.com’s tricks.

  5. I was shopping for Reolink Security Cams & was placing an order with an Amazon vendor when the Microsoft Edge “better price available” notification popped up so I checked out the offering which was available for $15 less but 3-5 days longer shipping which seemed like a reasonable trade of lower price for longer delivery time. Ran a brief check of the company for scam alerts but didn’t find any at the time, over a month ago, so I placed the order paying by PayPal. Delivery time was supposed to be 5-7 days so a month later never received an order receipt email or any type of acknowledgement. Website show status of “in progress” though my payment was processed immediately. I requested cancellation & full refund via “contact us” email on the Lanzary website but over two weeks later still no response. No communication of any kind. Found this scam alert and others identified online now so I’m filing a “Dispute” & likely “Claim” with PayPal. There were some good reviews on the Lanzary website so even though this was a different product line i’ve run across legit online sales like that before so I thought I’d give it a try. Also, the product showed up on their order screen with accurate description & details. Since the $$ have been tied up I haven’t been able to re-order the product through a true & trustworthy vendor. Still living and learning! Want to post this so maybe it will help someone else avoid their scam.
