Kaya FX Trading Platform

Trading platforms are the interface where the trading on assets such as commodities, currencies, stocks or indices are done. A good trading platform should have charting tools and indicators, it should also be easy to use and very fast in executing trades. KayaFX broker offers the MT4 Trading platform which supports custom indicators and Expert Advisors. Their max leverage is 1:200

Withdrawal and Deposit Method

KayaFX withdrawal and deposit methods could be carried out by the following means: Visa, Bank Wire transfer, MasterCard, Maestro, sofort, Skrill, Neteller.

License and Regulation

KayaFX is NOT a licensed broker. This means there are no regulatory bodies that monitors their activities to ensure they stick to best practices. Complaints about most unlicensed brokers are withdrawal issues(not being able to withdraw your money) and since they are unlicensed and unregulated, no regulatory bodies can fight for you, so you are left helpless. This is a source of major concern.

  1. Yes, KayaFx is a proved SCAM, in a small support group on facebook there is about 50 membes that have been burned by those gangsters.. Withdrawal-requests are ignored, and then they place loosing bets to drain your account..
All you can do is to sit back and and watch they pissing away your credits…
Please stay away, and hang up the phone when they call.. 😉

  2. There is sufficient evidence KayaFx is a scam company of worst order. Join our Facebook group. Read also other scam alert pages.
First KayaFx induce and persuade you to deposit as much money as possible. They offer different investing projects like DMA for example. (Dead Man account) I never went for that. I said they should just continue what they do. Like other people, I experienced after issuing a withdraw request that my account was drained deliberately from 30.000 usd to 0 in just two days. When complaining, their answer is they have no idea of what their computer does. And off course, after this, their Account Manager get fired. STAY AWAY. THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY.

  3. wow listen, they’re not the most glorious among brokers that I’ve seen, but I dunno if you can call them a scam.. I agree they have downsides, but as for now I was able to withdraw my money successfully, to me that’s the real issue. dunno what went down with your funds, i had a round with them.

    1. Be aware and be worned on trading with this Forex Broker Kaya FX. I Did open a trade account with Kaya FX and paid in 250EUR and after a day I decided to claim my refund back without using their system or activating any trades after I noticed a warning notice on trading with this Broker becouse of its bad practice, I did receive a call from them on the 14th of FEB around 11:30am to inform me that they were closing my account and process my refund back and after an hour and half I received a confirmation email to inform me that your Withdrawal Request has been APPROVED at 13:20pm with less than half of the money I had deposited, I did wrote an email to them on the 14th of‎ ‎Feb at ‎14‎:‎11pm requisting to know the reason as to why my deposit was not paid in full hance I did not use any of there survices or activate any trades.
On the 15th of February I received another call from them, during my conversation I was told that there were some trades running already on my account without me knowing hence I did check my account on Wednesday morning and nothing was running and no trades were active, and to my own surprise as fraudulent as it can be, after the conversation I checked my account again and only to notice that some 5 trades were opened on the 14th of February 2018 the day when my account was closed and less than an hour after I wrote an email requisting an eplanation as to why my deposit was not paid in full, and nearly two hours after my account was closed and after I had received a confirmation email from them, Opened at 2:55:09 pm to 2:56:28pm just for a minute and all of them were closed a second after each was opened and on the same day, very fraudulent and criminal indeed.
With all due respect all these accounts were opened after my account was closed in a bid to defraud me which is a criminal act. A copy of these fraudulent trades opened after my account was classed are attached below and I do have all the documents to support my claim and the names of the people practising this evil Act and one of them is by the name Daniel Patersen.

  4. I wonder if these scam claims are paid for by competitors. I used Kaya and am using them. They’re fine. Nothing special, though.

    1. Was losing money on a disappointing streak this past week, but made it all back and then some in under a couple hours on a hot streak. Should listen to my broker more 😀

    2. I can assure you that I am not being paid by competitors for negative comments. I am 100% a genuine ex customer of KayaFX.

We have a Facebook group with over 130 members now who have been tricked by them.

Share your positive experience with KayaFX.

  5. I’m happy to endorse all comments on here that say that Kayafx is a scam. I submitted a withdrawal from them on the 6th Feb and they have failed to honour my request ave are ignoring my emails and calls. If you doubt any of this information I would be happy to speak to people offline and provide screenshots of unanswered emails and account even after withdrawal requests.

  6. I too have been taken for a ride, they have taken £1250 and after I requested 2 withdrawals which I have not received, the last couple of days they started draining my account with only £400 left in which I cant do anything about ive spoke to support who weren’t helpful and said they would get the broker and the finance team to get in touch and yes you guessed it ive heard from neither, every day I’m just watching them drain my money totally helpless, there has been public notices put up on the web warning people just wish i’d seen these first

  7. KAYA FX Is a SCAM.. They stole £4700 of my familys money. the usual stuff the account looked like it was doing well. After rejecting numerous requests for more money they basically emptied my account. I have looked at numerous sites and it has become very apparant that iam not the only one. This is a 100% real review.
DO NOT INVEST ANY OF YOUR MONEY IN THIS SCAM…..

  8. I too was misled on the internet which led me to kayafx. I have asked for a refund which is showing no signs of moving forward, and have had aggressive calls from the broker for my account, he is cocky, arrogant and tries to belittle you when it’s not going his way. I withdrew consent for any further contact by phone, and still have them calling. Stay well clear. I am reading report after report of them not granting withdrawals and refunds, and then trading the balance away until there is no more left.

  9. In the cases where people are saying they’re not honoring withdrawal requests, have you spoken to your bank? I know when I’ve called my bank about fraudulent activity, THEY honor the money back first and then work towards getting it back from the 3rd party.

  10. Kris, I’d be curious to hear what happened. Can you update on whether they let you withdraw your funds? I’m considering investing with them but will wait

    1. Requested a few hundred pounds back yesterday. A good portion of my total investment so far. They said it should be processed within a few days

  11. Hi guys, posting back here with an update. So I gave it a few days and after not seeing the money in my account I did start to worry. But I called them again and I didn’t let them even get a word in, I told them that I was doing this as part of a ‘sanity check’ and that I was posting the results online on a popular message board..

  12. i told them I would give it a few more days and if I didn’t see the funds I would make a fuss online. I don’t know if that’s what did it, but they said that the funds WERE being transferred. However, they said it might take anywhere up to 30 business days…

  13. I told them I would give them a few more days and if I didn’t see the funds I would make a big fuss about it online. I don’t know if that’s what did it, but they said that the funds WERE being transferred. However, they did say that it might take anywhere up to 30 business days for the transaction to be completed.

  14. Now, that’s not unheard of. Similarly when I requested a refund from a seller on AliExpress they also said it would take around the same amount of time but in the end I did see my refund. So I’m currently still waiting, but hopeful.

  15. A final caveat is that I did mention that if I did receive the funds I would be investing more in the near future 🙂 Could also be a factor here

  16. So I’m happy to report that I did receive the requested amount in my bank account as promised! I’d say altogether it wasn’t so painful, not nearly as much of a nightmare as the Internet made it out to be. It just goes to show that you can’t trust everything you read. You have to be smart and go with your instinct.

  17. I would be happy to provide some sort of proof, but obviously I don’t want to post a screenshot of my bank account. Anything else I can post that would allay fears here?

  18. And of course, I’m going to be reinvesting into Kaya to make some much needed money now that any fears have been put to rest 😀

  19. As I use their service I can say that although the profits aren’t the highest, the service is pretty good.

  20. I can’t complain about the service, Ben. I was nervous because of things I’d read online, but they did honor their word and refund my investment when asked.

  21. If anyone is wondering whether to invest with them or not, my recommendation is once you feel like you’ve done your homework, invest a sum you wouldn’t be devastated to lose (as you should with any investment anyway since it might go sour.)

  22. Big shout out to my Kaya broker who gave me the advice not to “invest my house keys” on any trades. Quick money isn’t worth potentially ruining your finances. Thanks Sean @ KayaFX!

    1. “Kris P”, “Ben Hart”, “Mark Serban”, “Josh”. Pretty sure that you are all fictitious characters, similar to the names the KayaFX account managers use. There’s a reason for that, they all have something to hide. Eleanor Nickerson, you will find her on Facebook and LinkedIn. Fake profile, fake name, fake photo. We have names of over 30 fake account manager’s names now with the Facebook group of over 140 members all negatively affected by the KayaFX scam. Anyone who is silly enough to invest money with KayaFX after seeing the genuine negative comments from real people. Well you only have yourself to blame. Join us on Facebook for more information. You will be required to verify your identity. This is the reason none of the positive reviewers have joined us to share their good news stories, because they are not real.

Be aware that KayaFX are completely unregulated and unlicensed. What they do is 100% illegal.

No I am not being paid by competitors. I am a real person like you.

      1. Not sure what I posted that sounds fake. But it sounds to me like I’m giving pretty good advice all around. To be honest, to me what sounds fake is that people claim they lose tens of thousands with online trading platforms.

      2. All I’m saying is to do your homework, and if you’ve done you’re homework, and Kaya sounds like the right platform for you (like it was for me) invest a modest some at first.

      3. Doesn’t hurt to “dip your feet in the water” no matter what platform and security you wish to trade. But go ahead and attack me anyway.

      4. Lastly, since I feel it’s only right to counter all the negative reviews with my own positive experience. Thanks Kaya for the secondary source of income!

  23. with Kaya Fx, you first make good profits, then they call you about an event or something big in the market, etc. They urge you to invest more and more, but you’ll never be able to withdraw any of that money, they try to talk you out of it because you would loose money. If this doesnt works, they get rude and afterwards, if they think that there is nothing left to steal, they set negative trades and you can see how the money goes down until nothing is left in the account. The Kaya FX Site is probably just a demo to hide your money being stolen the minute you transfer it.
don’t let them blackmail you to invest more to get your money back ,its just a trick to steal even more
There are a few steps that could help:
first try to make a small withdraw, tell your account manager a litle storry, why you need money now quickly, but after its solved, you will invest even more with them probably he tries to talk you out of it, but stay focused.
If that doesnt work at all, tell the company to stop trading on every possible way: email, telephone to you manager and company. Make a full withdraw what they just ignore and then anyway, they put your account in minus but after that, you can report them to the police and with that your bank can make a recall. My experience: they fear a recall, they have been trying hard to bring me to cancel it, and post it everywere here and on other pages.

  24. Hello people. If you are in any doubt. Please read the article on the link. I believe KayaFX have links to Israel and is the same type of setup as described here: (admin please approve to help prevent any more people from being robbed) http://www.dailymail.co.uk/wires/reuters/article-3809520/From-Israel-London-online-gambling-scam-traps-thousands.html

We are a growing community of members who have been tricked by them. All supporting each other to help find a way to recover your money. The banks are starting to take notice. The FCA, the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority, European Consumer Centre, Action Fraud and the police have all been notified of KayaFX illegal trading. It is only a matter of time.

    1. Big scam, rude Brokers and profits that are impossible to withdraw that’s what kaya fx is known for.

  25. I complained at the FCA, because Kayafx was scamming people. I told them exactly what had happened to me. My broker was Philipp Schmidt. When he did not get more money, and I wanted to withdraw my profit, he burned my account, he placed so many negative trades, although I had told him not to trade any more. I lost nearly 18.000 Euros. It seems that Philipp is one the worst brokers of Kayafx. Only a few days later the FCA published, that there is no form of registration or licensing, so they blacklisted Kayafx.- Do not invest a single Cent at Kayafx, you will never get it back.

  26. Kaya FX is run by GammaTech services oü. There is a warning against both of these criminal companies. From personal experience Kaya is a big scam, they steal your money in the minute it arrives on their account, and if you have any doubts kaya is not a scam search for yourself there are hundreds of people who were ripped off by them.

And also their brokers. It’s true what people say about them the best example is the Scam Broker who calls himself Philip Schmidt. First they come nice and friendly but then they get pushy and then rude and tell you to shut up and get pretty offensive and that is not acceptable for any company.

  27. Kaya FX is a proven scam there are a few hundred people who were being robbed by Kaya FX. Search the internet for yourself, there is a Facebook group with more than 140 members who were all being scammed by Kaya FX, there is even a page called kayafxscam, but probably their fake account managers will tell that its made by the competition or just by some jealous people and you should trust them like the infamous SCAM BROKER PHILIPP SCHMIDT, what he told his clients but its just another lie to get closer to your hard earned money.

  28. This is an update of KayaFx Philipp Schmidt Scam Broker!
In March, I had a profit of more than 15.000€. I sent 4 withdrawel requests to Kayafx: 5.000 Euros, 3.000 Euros, 15.000 Euros, 4.804 Euros. But my Broker Philipp Schmidt blocked my account, I did not get a cent. Instead Philipp burned my account. He placed trades, although I had told him, not to place any trades. Last month I showed my trading history to a Broker in my neighbourhood. His investigation had a surprising result: All trades that had burned my account did not exist. That meant, Philipp had invented the trades to make my money disappear . I think he put the 15.000 € in his own pocket. And my invested money? He told me it is gone, too.– Philipp Schmidt is really the worst broker at Kayafx. Kayafx live chat Jessica closes as soon as I get online , the support does not answer my requests, they just block off, do not give an answer or anything , Philipp Schmidt wants to talk to me at the phone, but he does not call me. This company simply steals the money.

  29. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HwtSjMs5liI
this is the second video I made from the call recordings I got a call from the quality insurance department and a guy called himself Brian Jen and later Stein and the infamous scam broker Philip Schmid where trying to push and blackmail me to remove my comments from the internet and stop the recall process from my bank, they told me I only get money back when I do that and also they admit that they stopped working soon as I didn’t invest further.
during the phone call they find all sorts of ridiculous reasons why they don’t pay out my invested money ,if you invest with kaya be sure they are a scam they are only nice and friendly if they expect you to invest more but soon as you don’t do that or you make a withdraw they show there true intention
if you get a similar call don’t fall for it they only want you to take off the recall and you never hear from them or your money again.

  30. their brokers Phillip Schmidt ,James Dorn, Jhon de Smet….. are known for there mean tricks they play all sorts of games with the investors to make them always invest more and never try to withdraw ich case someone really tries that they crash the account.
if you been scamed by them report to the police and start a chargeback ,never fall for there lies why to cancel it soon as they hear from that they try all sorts of thing to stop you from doing it but stay persistent only then you might be able to recover some money.
they use many different broker websites for there scam right now KONTO FX seem the most used now but of cause, they deny every connection but they use the exact same scam schemes

  31. BELIEVE ME. I am a victim too. Kayafx cheated all my hard earned money. Beware of these 4 people; Greg Thomas, Ernest Hill, Joseph Chon Bernanke, Sean Allen. They can call you using masked telephone numbers but you cannot call them back. They will not provide you their photos and their office location in England and you are trading without seeing their faces. They would not provide you their office address any picture of their office so you cannot go and check out on them. They are only interested to sweet talk to you to invest more money into the trading account. They will not approve your request to withdraw any money, not any of your manipulated profit, lest your invested funds. They refused to answer your complaints. They refused to take your instruction to stop trading. Their parent company GammaTech Services OU in Estonia, is a ghost company, as it also do not reply to your emails. The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications (abbreviated as MKM in Estonian) also do not do their proper regulation. ALL OF THEM KAYAFX, GAMMATECH SERVICES OU, MKM in Estonian are working in cahoots to cheat the retail investors of their hard earned and retirement money.
