How Does karliefx.com Work?

Karliefx claims to sell top quality Boho clothing at affordable rates on their online store, but should you trust them?

Using attractive deals to bait unsuspecting buyers is common among scam online stores. Those who eventually fall for it and go on to make orders end up getting scammed; they either receive products of inferior quality, or nothing at all.

Also, karliefx.com uses a convincing website layout, giving it a trustworthy outlook. But this should not deceive you into believing Karliefx is legit because most of these scam online stores go the extra mile to appear trustworthy.

Karliefx accepts payments made through credit/debit cards and PayPal.

What We Found About karliefx.com!

One of the advantages of the internet age is the ease with which we do things. One could, by clicking a few links on a laptop or a smartphone, purchase items from the comfort of their homes. But its down side is this: because the sellers are invisible, they could easily be scammers.

We have taken the responsibility to carry out reviews on sites like Karliefx and expose their fraudulent schemes.

One of the things we noticed about Karliefx is that no positive reviews have been made about them – not on social media, not on review sites. Usually, authentic positive reviews are a sign that an online store is reliable.

Also, the domain name karliefx.com is less than six months old and, therefore, should not be trusted. And since their creation date is very recent, there is no past timeline through which we can measure their authenticity. Apart from being recent, the domain has a hosting plan lasting for one year. Even Google warns that websites with a short life span are most likely scam.

Their website uses https security – this means that information like passwords and credit card numbers, when sent to their site, is kept private. But this is not an assurance that the people behind the platform won’t tamper with your details.

The other things which we found out about Karliefx which made us believe karliefx.com is a fake online store are:

Reachability

The social media links provided on their site are not linked to any handles; when clicked, they lead to the homepage of the respective social media platforms. Trustworthy stores use social media as a means to advertise their wares and also connect to their customers. They even listen to and resolve customers’ complaints through their social media handles. Most scam stores refrain from having social media accounts because a victim of their fraud can easily tag and expose them there, warning away other prospective buyers.

The contact information provided on their website is not reliable: customers complained of receiving no response. Their email address is not responsive. They have no phone number and no return address.

Due to the anonymity of the owners of the store, there is zero accountability, and no one to charge should you be scammed. The absence of a real face to account for the operations of the store is a big red flag.

Reviews

The products sampled on karliefx.com are without customer reviews, which is a bad sign. Reliable online stores like Amazon usually carry mixed customer reviews, both positive and negative, on the products sampled on their store.

When we scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), it returned a very bad trust score of 2%. This means that their site can’t be trusted because no identifying information of the owner is tied to the domain name.

Verdict!

Karliefx.com, like LolasFashion, is an untrustworthy online store. Therefore, we do not recommend that you shop here. If you shop from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return.

There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates.

It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.

Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.

Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.

It is unfair to fall victim to these fraudsters and lose the money you earned from honest work. Fact-checking should be a priority before you buy anything from an online vendor.

If you’ve shopped from this store, or attempted to do so, kindly share your experience with us in the comment section.

  1. I purchased a pair of the Pink Peacock heydudes on May 18, 2021 from Karliefx for $19.99 plus shipping and handling total bill was 24.99 .I have sent numerous emails and still no response to my emails and tried contacting thru the number provided and it’s not a working number .Today is July 28, 2021 and still haven’t received my shoes but yet they got there money so yes unfortunately I’ve been scammed. In researching they have been known to run adds on Facebook then all of a sudden they change their store name to another business.Wished I had researched before I ordered

  2. I too placed an order with this fraudulent “company” and not only has my order status not changed in 10+ business days but my email has gone unanswered. Saw their ad on Snapchat thinking ’they wouldn’t allow a scam artist to post on their platform’ but I see all of these social media platforms don’t REALLY care who post on their platforms as long as they get paid. Hope whoever runs this scam business dies a slow agonizing death and from the bottom of my heart I wish you the absolute worst!!
