It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.
Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.
Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.

I ordered two pairs of plaided pants from hivenmax. The first red flag was not receiving a confirmation email after my order was placed. After my credit card was charged, it was over a month before I had to reach out to confirm the status of my delivery. I did receive a response and a few weeks later, a package finally came. To my horror, when I opened the package, it was not what I ordered. There was only one pair of pants enclosed and it was not even the style I ordered.
Since then I have been emailing back and forth daily with their service team who have continually offered me a $15 CREDIT toward another order. I have requested a full refund of the $67.49 I paid, and informed that I will report them to the Federal Trade Commission.
I wish I would have done my due diligence and checked this site out better than I did. I guess I loss 63.00 it’s really a shame that tic toc allows sites like this on their platform. I will definitely let people know not to use the site.
I wish I had read this piece before placing my order. It’s a little over a week now since I placed my order on $82. Since then, everything has been quite with no tracking update. I have sent them several emails asking them to show me how to track my orders but they responded saying its on It’s way which I doubt. I know I have been defrauded.
