I have ordered a pair of boots and haven’t received my order after a month and a half. They say they have tracked it and can’t find it and no more in stock to send. Well they sure have them to order online. They said they will refund me. Guess i will wait to see Hope not another month.
Exact same thing happened to me, except they claimed that they sent my shoes. That was over 6 weeks ago, I can’t figure out how to get a refund as they will not respond!
I received my item sooner than expected. It was exactly as the picture displayed. They’re not high quality but no $30 shoe is. They were bigger than expected. I did reach their customer service in email who offered a 20% coupon to buy a new pair. I could’ve exchanged them but shipping would be on me and sounded expensive. I ordered a pair of clogs from this site (Floralmoda), the clogs were describe as swedish clogs/wood. When I got the item, it was the wrong size and it’s not wood, it’s rubber. I emailed them my concerns and wanted to return it for a refund. They offer me 10% discount and I refused. Then, they offered me 20% and I still refused. They offered coupons on my next purchase stating it’s not worth returning cause it will not benefit me. RETURN/REFUND is not in their vocubalary. I don’t recommend this site. If I were to rate this site, I will give it less than zero. I contacted PayPal to dispute this transaction.
I was scammed! The shoes they sent are too big and are saying it’s my fault and want me to give those shoes to someone and reorder with a 15% discount! What a joke! Fool me once but not twice! I usually read reviews but I didn’t before I ordered from them.
Ordered what I thought was going to be awesome leather sandals. Took three weeks to arrive and the tracking number “wasn’t found”. They were not leather and said my size but were actually like a size larger. Began to read about company and instantly regretted my purchase. Went through days of e-mails back and forth with what I truly believe was a computer. They refused to refund my money but for 15%. About $4.50 . Or I could get a coupon for next purchase, as if I would ever be buying from them again. Wish I had researched company beforehand.
I received my items after 2 weeks and they are poor quality and don’t fit. Very cheap.
I’ve been emailing back and forth for a week and they only want to give a 20% discount. I have done research and it seems the company is a scam.
I will have to file a complaint with my bank.
