How Does evafo.com Work?

Evafo claims to sell top quality products at very affordable rates on their online store, but should you trust them?

For instance, they offer 65% off prices of some products on an alleged Spring Sale promo. They’ve also generously slashed prices off other products on their store, selling the items for prices that are too good to be ignored.

However, using cheap deals to bait unsuspecting buyers is common among scam online stores. Those who eventually fall for it and go on to make orders end up getting scammed; they either receive products of inferior quality, or nothing at all.

Also, evafo.com uses a convincing website layout, giving it a trustworthy outlook. But this should not deceive you into believing Evafo is legit because most of these scam online stores go the extra mile to appear trustworthy.

Evafo accepts payments made through debit/credit cards and PayPal.

What We Found About evafo.com!

One of the advantages of the internet age is the ease with which we do things. One could, by clicking a few links on a laptop or a smartphone, purchase items from the comfort of their homes. But its down side is this: because the sellers are invisible, they could easily be scammers.

We have taken the responsibility to carry out reviews on sites like Evafo and expose their fraudulent schemes.

One of the things we noticed about Evafo is that no positive reviews have been made about them – not on social media, not on review sites. Usually, authentic positive reviews are a sign that an online store is reliable.

Also, the domain name evafo.com is less than six months old and, therefore, should not be trusted. And since their creation date is very recent, there is no past timeline through which we can measure their authenticity. Apart from being recent, the domain has a hosting plan lasting for one year. Even Google warns that websites with a short life span are most likely scam.

Their website uses https security – this means that information like passwords and credit card numbers, when sent to their site, is kept private. But this is not an assurance that the people behind the platform won’t tamper with your details.

The other things which we found out about Evafo which made us believe evafo.com is a fake online store are:

Reachability

They have no social media presence. Trustworthy stores use social media as a means to advertise their wares and also connect to their customers. They even listen to and resolve customers’ complaints through their social media handles. Most scam stores refrain from having social media accounts because a victim of their fraud can easily tag and expose them there, warning away other prospective buyers.

The contact information provided on their website is not reliable. When we searched for their address on Google Maps, we dioscovered it belonged to Nordstrom Rack, and Saks.

Due to the anonymity of the owners of the store, there is zero accountability, and no one to charge should you be scammed. The absence of a real face to account for the operations of the store is a big red flag.

Reviews

The products sampled on evafo.com are without customer reviews, which is a bad sign. Reliable online stores like Amazon usually carry mixed customer reviews, both positive and negative, on the products sampled on their store.

When we scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), it returned a very bad trust score of 1%. This means that their site can’t be trusted because no identifying information of the owner is tied to the domain name.

Verdict!

Evafo.com, like LolasFashion, is an untrustworthy online store. Therefore, we do not recommend that you shop here. If you shop from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return.

There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates.

It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.

Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.

Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.

It is unfair to fall victim to these fraudsters and lose the money you earned from honest work. Fact-checking should be a priority before you buy anything from an online vendor.

If you’ve shopped from this store, or attempted to do so, kindly share your experience with us in the comment section.

  1. Totally a scam. Even the shoe size was too small for my feet and another pair never came. They refuse to replace the order or give a refund. The shoes I can not wear are so cheaply made, I cannot wear them even if I could get my foot into them.

  2. Whatever you do, don’t waste your money. So many complaints that people never got their shoes or were sent the wrong size like happened to me. After weeks of going back and forth with this company they finally said they would send me the correct size and no charge. Well it’s been another three weeks and they won’t even answer my emails I sent to them. These people are in China as far as I can tell. Definitely a bunch of lying frauds. Don’t fall for their adds. I am asking everyone that has been ripped off by this company to flood social media with the dishonesty behind this company.
