I received the shoes I ordered from Dressye. The products are so good that I want to know about this brand.
I don’t think this company is a scam, they have handled the refund for me.
I bought from Dressye.com and purchased a pair of boots. When I received them they were to wide and my feet slide around in them. I contacted customer service with no answer. I emailed several times with no answer for them. I posted bad feedback on there site on facebook with no reply. Then they turned off comments so no one can post feedback. I will tell you now he hS lied to customers and say they are quality made in United States. They are not stamped with any country of origin. My boots are stiff and cheap and probably made in China or Mexico. Again skip buying from Dressye and save yourself the headache! Trust me!
If your shoes fit, consider yourself lucky. If they don’t, you will be out of luck since the company will not respond to any attempts to return a product for refund. Even the 800 number listed for customer service is “not available” from my area. Chat and email contacts go nowhere.
I strongly agree they do not answer any emails and today I called the customer service number that is on their site and its the Louis Vuitton number. This is clearly a scam. Any good reviews on this company it comes from fake accounts that they created.
This company doesn’t allow any returns. I bought man’s loafers for my size but they are too wide. I am trying to return them by asking for a return address but II don’t receive any response. I am recommending not to buy any item from this company because you won’t receive any answer.
I purchased a pair of EU size 42 loafers shoes in February 2022. They were delivered on March 5th. They were mice, good quality shoes but I could not get my feet into them, the uppers were stitched far too low and narrow on width. I had ordered the correct size and specified wide fit.
The construction design is not good for larger European/Caucasion foot structure, more for smaller Chinese/Asian feet.
On 7th March I emailed them and politely pointed out the problem and asked them to arrange collection and to refund my money. This was in line with their Refund/Returns T&Cs. They are asking me to pay for the return before refunding my money.
I have sent them screen shots of their T&Cs showing that they are responsible for paying for the return. They are refusing to do this and now have stopped replying to my emails.
I will not pay for the return because I know that they will never refund my money.
