What were their reasons for declining your withdrawal?
I was told I made more profit than expected, told to increase my volume by depositing more money and my account will be liquid after this. I deposited the amount asked. after this they refused picking any of my call or respond to emails. when I chat with them I see someone already read the email but wont respond. frustrating really.

I activated an account with signals binary, another scam company that now changed their name to tools trade. It seems that a lot of these scam companies are associated. Under signals binary, I opened an account with inhouse trade. Another bogus one. I made a killing but when it was time to withdraw, they only sent back my initial deposit and then said I need a black card to withdraw my profit. I complained to signals binary & all they were concerned about was that I got back my deposit. This same scam company signals binary now known as tools trade is now associated with Dax markets as well.

Did you get your funds from dax markets? I have also been scammed by them. And I need to get my money back.
I invested with Dax-markets. The profit grew rapidly and then the manager suggested I should take a margin loan for, as she called it, a copper run. The profits was then much higher but when I wanted to with-draw a relatively small amount, I was advised that I can only with-draw after I paid the margin loan. I asked if it can’t be taken from the profits and the answer was no. I then asked if they cannot take it from the profits and the answer was again the same. Would it be advisable to pay the loan and then hope for the best?
My friend is in the same situation as Pieter and Alazzz. This doesn’t make sense! How can Daxmarkerts claim you’ve made a killing on profits yet they cannot deduct their ‘margin loan’ they lended you yet they are able to deposit it in the account. Neither can a client withraw from the available funds. This is a no trainer!!! Something is very fishy here. We need to unite and get to the bottom of this.
I am now convinced that Dax Markets is within their rights with the Margin Loans. I did some investigation and I really trust my manager, Alice Stern. I invested on robots on behalf of my son-in-law, and you really don’t want to enjoy the unscrupulous brokers operating on those sites. They are all really and truly the biggest scammers you can think of. Rather stay with the devil you know than the devil you don’t.

I am very confident that I will be getting my money from Dax Markets. I really trust my account manager, Alice Stern, and am convinced she is very truthful and honest. She’s been all along. I invested on behalf of my son-in-law on these trading robots and I’ll tell you, what a scam they are. Not the companies, the brokers. They are really taking people on a losing streak, refusing to let the investor in on auto-pilot. I see people making good profits on the robots, but the brokers insist on doing the trades so they can lose your deposit for you. I’d rather stick with my account manager on Dax, the one I trust after doing fruitless rounds for my son-in-law.

Hi I’m in the same situation they gave me a marginal loan and won me my trade and practically doubled my money for me off of one trade problem is I’ve come across this conversation and all of a sudden it’s just put some major doubt in my mind. I’m supposed to be paying the loan off this coming monday any suggestions?
Its a scam. Don’t pay. They will say lawyers will call you.

Dax market is a scam I was convinced to take a loan which I paid back but when I wanted to withdraw I was told stories. This was in October up until now I have not managed to withdraw and I am being sent from pillar to post. No one responds to messages.

So far so good. I joined their education program recently and I am quite happy. I managed to turn my $250 into $500 in about 3 weeks. The approval of my withdrawal request for $300 took a little longer than expected, but still received my money within 3 days

1. Lately I’ve noticed some bad reviews about DaxMarkets as a company. Let me tell you my experience with them so far. I’ve been a client of the company for about 7 months now.
The first contact with the company was with a person I think was called Robert. He started explaining about trading and binary options, but I wasn’t sure if I want to get into the trading game. He made a compelling case, and I decided to activate my account with 250 EUR. After a brief call with the support dept. to verify my account I was passed to a account manager called Alice Stern.
2.She made profits on my account and offered me to Join the education program to which I agreed. As it turned out I had to add another 5000 EUR, so I can participate. I didn’t have quite as much to invest, especially not 5000 EUR for a field I had no experience in. At that point I was offered the so-called Margin Loan. Basically, they give you money from the company that you need to pay off within a period negotiated with them. About 2 months later, after I agreed to receive the loan and joined the education I managed to pay it off and was left with a balance of 10 000 EUR. Recently I received my third withdrawal for 2000 EUR. It took me a while until I received profits due to the Margin Loan, but as soon as I cleared all the payments I had no issues withdrawing funds. Currently I am trading on my own and quite happy with the results.
3.If you are interested in trading with serious brokers DaxMarkets is your broker judging from my experience with Alice but if you blindly betting and approach this as a casino you are destined to blame your broker after.

I needed some financial support for my kid’s colleague expenses. Obviously it’s wasn’t the smartest decision to risk the little that i had, but it was left with no choice. They suggested immediately to manage my account since they had more knowledge and experience. I agreed since i had some very small experience at the time. The total amount of investments for the past 6 months i did with Alice Stern was $7450. Now i am standing on $23100 and i managed to pay the tuition for my daughter’s college.

I invested 3000$ with Daxmarkets and turned out that I made them up to 4500 for two weeks, with was really good. The thing was that I had received a bonus of 250$ when I entered, which I had to do a turn-over on for only x30 (most brokers ask for x40 up to x80). I did that required trading volume, and immediately after that I placed a withdrawal. After that I received a voice-authorization call which was helpful enough to get my 500$ withdrawal refunded back to my card 3 days later.Really pleased see my account growing and make profits on it.
I was introduced to DaxMarkets by one of my friends who started with Roy Gallaway, so I decided to give him a shot as well. We have done a little crypto trading which brought me to a 75% profit om my initial investment at the end of the second month. I’ve been happy with their service but it has it’s drawback’s such as the platform crashes from time to time and it’s candlestick charts are not the best, but other than that when i trade manually it works quite well.
joined DAXMarkets a month ago with $250, which they doubled, – all looked good. For a week the trades were small but positive, then they asked for $6200 to take the next step & cash in on the market volatility, this seems like a good idea as the Bicoin was running wild.
When I wanted to withdraw my initial investment, I was advised against it.
While on holiday I was given an advance of $7200, so they could triple their bids. I now had to pay this back, so now my “investment” was $13650 as the total in my account was well above this, I decided to withdraw and the system stated the maximum I could withdraw was $25907, so I started the process to withdraw $25k on the 29/12/17.
On the 2/1/18 they placed 3 large bids to take my account over the 90k but they state my trading ratio is to low and need to pay in $9700 after which they will release my request of $25k.
I searched the internet and see no reference to Trading Volume in the Forex field – Stocks & Shares yes.
I emailed and stated their webpage statement on withdrawals and the fact that I was requesting my own money plus the fact I requested this BEFORE the last 3 bids. They will not release my request until I pay in the $9k. THIS SMELLS LIKE A SCAM TO ME.
Just a note the money was to go to Hong Kong – a company by the name of Big Rock International Ltd. there is also reference to Gunpowder Capital Corp.
Is there anyway to salvage this situation?

I have been trading on Daxmarkets for about 6 months and have deposited a couple thousand dollars. I recently had withdraw of 2000k. They issued it in the next 5 days. I received a great service very quick and sufficient. I had a little bit of experience with the market and I thought I will lose everything in the begging but they showed me that with a little education you can achieve great things even by yourself. Manager’s name is Jake very nice guy thought me how to study the market myself and predict the possible outcomes. Overall very happy I will keep working with them.

I am surprised to see the negative reviews about DAXmarkets. Because in my opinion they are definitely one of the most reliable brokers to trade live with. I have been using this broker for half an year and Im satisfied with the service. They trade with me live while I am on the phone with the broker which for me is that best thing because he guides me how and when to place the certain trades. I learned a lot from them.
Did you manage to make a withdrawal? I am being asked to cover a margin loan to make my funds liquid. Reading all this has stopped me doing it. It is several times my initial investment but my account is four times the margin loan and I just don’t know what to do!
DaxMarkets is definitely THE platform for binary options. I’ve withdrawn $2,200 once and $15,000 the second time. I invested enough initially to have a VIP account and my account to become liquid . My personal account manager speaks with me daily and give me trades; the same trades he enters for himself. I use 5 different brokers at once and my DaxMarkets account is the one I find most satisfying for my trading expectations so far.

My friend, I started repaying the loan on my account. I feel everything is fair and legitimate. As soon as I made the deposit, they requested a declaration of deposit and the amount is reflecting on my account. My fear was that the deposit would disappear somehow but did not happen. I trust my instincts here.

All in all after I’d read some reviews I was worried, but now I think that people got hyped about the bonus thinking they could withdraw it and “scam the scammer” as it were and that’s what makes them angry and feeling like they’ve been scammed. The way I see it, don’t try to screw over people and you won’t be screwed over yourself.
At the time I logged a complaint, I was unsure if Dax is really a scam. I am now convinced that they are not. But Kaya-FX is a real threat to your money. I want to warn people against them and would specifically mention the name of the biggest fraudster in that company. His name is Ernest Hill and you are guaranteed to lose all your money when he is on your case. He does trades after you requested withdrawal of your money and keeps on doing it till you have a nil-balance. Do not trust him or KAYA-FX at all. They are sure to rob you of all money you deposited and you won’t get any profits.
Daxmarkets is a scam. all good stories in the beginning and looks wow. until you want to withdraw. all excuses. no money.
