“DON’T ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a pair of shoes size 8 Aug. 1st, Finally, Aug. 8th I received a tracking email with 15 numbers and letters. I clicked on tracking and it took me to a website in chinese. I could not use it not knowing how to speak chinese! I waited. Aug. 18th I received a pair of size 7 shoes.@#$%^&! I sent them an email and did not receive an answer, so I contacted Paypal and the payment went to a company called Sunrise, So I sent them an email! Then received an email from a company called FERAY-HELP.ZENDESK customer service saying I would hear from them in 48 hours. I heard nothing from them. Four days later I called Paypal and they said they would refund my $58.00 dollars. I’m waiting for it to be done.”

Jay Aye here! Order # 17552 and USPS tracking code DORO 102637892CN Didn’t see your BurnZay reviews until just now! Afraid my $50 up front for a pair of shoes is just GONE! Ordered 11-19-2022 and haven’t seen anything to date AND cannot get any order tracking info be cause everything is in Chinese! I think the FCC should get involved for outright theft via violation of using National communication systems AND USPS to STEAL!
I ordered a pair of shoes from the RIOMARS website and paid $39 for the shoes and an additional $10 for the overnight delivery. I had not not seen your warnings. Having not received the shoes within the following four days, I called the number on the web-site and reached a personal recording by “Daniel” saying he would call back. I never received any response, despite my daily phone calls. I then saw your warnings when researching the company. I know… I should have looked into it prior to ordering. Shame on me. Needless to say, I contacted my bank and had the charges reversed on my credit card. The bank is looking into the fraud aspect of my interaction with Riomars as I write this review.
