Did not receive either of two orders. One photo showed delivery at a location not related to me. Annie Cloth is obviously a scam. Do not order from them!
I ordered and received all of the order, however it of poor quality and I want to send back the items but I’m not sure if I should even try to. I haven’t looked into a customer service line yet, not sure if I should bother, what do you think??? anybody out there with any customer service info on them???
There were instructions on the back of your receipt on how to return items. I followed their instructions but with no success. They offered me only a 15% refund. Not a good company to work with. I’m determined to tell everyone I know not to order from them.
I ordered 2 items from them on Oct.22nd, it’s now Nov, 25th and still have NOT received them, I am really beginning to believe that I was SCAMMED!!
I believe the problem with these online stores is that they deceive the people by using american models in their ads with an american name. Their about information is even more deceitful as the claim they operate from UK and California which is false because their products come from China.
Clothing was not the quality I expected and sizes were all over the place. When I tried to return the items I have been given the runaround. They offered me 15% of my refund instead of the full amount stating that they are not responsible if the items do not get returned, due to international shipping delays, within their 30 day time limit. This is such a scam and I will never order from them again.
